Portfolio Sales Manager (Benelux / GSA / North America)
Den Bosch (NL) and/or Krefeld (DE) | Hybrid (min. 3 days/week in office)

We are looking for a commercially driven Portfolio Sales Manager who knows how to connect market reality with portfolio choices that win. In this role, you will be the link between Sales, Brand & Category Management and our regional organizations turning client and consumer insights into clear priorities, strong propositions and scalable solutions.

You will work across Benelux, GSA and North America, partnering closely with sales teams and key stakeholders to anticipate trends, strengthen our selling story and accelerate portfolio performance. If you enjoy working internationally, navigating different priorities, and building relationships that move the business forward, this role offers both impact and ownership.

What you will be doing

  • Translate market and consumer needs into portfolio direction: you bring sharp insights on Benelux, GSA and North America and help shape what we focus on next.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Regional Sales Offices : you align on strategic client needs, find the best portfolio fit globally, and create a shared mid-term view for the next three years.
  • Sell the portfolio and make it work better: you support adoption of what’s available, identify gaps, and spot opportunities that enable global growth while reducing unnecessary co-developments.
  • Elevate the commercial conversation: you help shift from product selling to Total Store Impact, improving selling tools and strengthening how we demonstrate value.
  • Drive healthy, fast stock rotation: you contribute to a portfolio that performs, rotates efficiently, and supports sustainable growth.
What we are looking for
You are a strong relationship builder with a commercial mindset and the confidence to challenge and align stakeholders. You combine proactivity with pragmatism and are comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.

You bring:
  • 3–8 years of sales-centric experience (category/product management exposure is a plus)
  • Experience in a fast-paced agency or a dynamic consumer durables/lifestyle business
  • An international mindset; culturally agile and comfortable working across regions and time zones. Dutch or German speaking is a strong preference.
  • Clear, structured communication and the ability to move cross-functional work forward
  • A genuine consumer-first mindset.
