As a Project Manager at L Founders, you step into a role where entrepreneurship meets execution. You become the driving force behind our loyalty campaigns in the Benelux campaigns that spark excitement, build brand love, and create real impact in stores across the region. What you’ll take ownership of:
Client relationships
You are the face of L Founders for our clients. With confidence and professionalism, you build long-term partnerships grounded in trust, proactive communication, and a deep understanding of their goals. You don’t just manage clients; you inspire them.
Project leadership

Lead and deliver full end‑to‑end loyalty campaigns, from the first briefing to the moment shoppers engage with them in-store.

Build and manage detailed planning and timelines, ensuring every milestone is met.

Coordinate artwork creation and approvals between clients, brands, and internal teams.
Internal collaboration

Work closely with Client Marketing, Print Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales to bring campaigns to life.

Keep communication flowing and ensure every stakeholder is aligned and energized.
Your team
You’ll join our Benelux International Sales organization, based at our head office in Den Bosch. You’ll be part of a young, ambitious, and energetic project management team that thrives on creating high‑impact campaigns. You report directly to the Project Management Team Lead and collaborate daily with colleagues who love what they do.
What makes you successful in this role

5+ years of project management experience in an international environment.

A natural sense of ownership; you stay calm under pressure and always think in solutions.

Ideally, you bring marketing or activation experience and know how to build campaigns that resonate.

Native Dutch speaker with excellent English skills.

Willing to travel occasionally.

Experience with Licensors, FMCG, or grocery retail is a strong plus.
