As Regulatory & Compliance Manager, you play a key role in safeguarding L‑Founders of Loyalty’s global product portfolio. You make sure our products, materials, and suppliers meet current and emerging regulatory requirements, helping us stay compliant, competitive, and trusted worldwide.
In this role, you turn complex legal and environmental legislation into clear, actionable guidance for our QA, Product Development, and Sourcing teams. You help shape our compliance strategy from concept to market launch and collaborate with leading testing, inspection, and certification partners.

What you’ll do
You will be the go‑to expert for product compliance across our key markets (EU, Australia, Canada, Brazil, Taiwan). Your responsibilities include:

  • Tracking and interpreting evolving product legislation and maintaining an up‑to‑date Regulatory Radar.
  • Translating frameworks like GPSR, EPR, PPWR, DPP, CSDDD into clear business implications for product teams and suppliers.
  • Building compliance roadmaps for our full portfolio, defining actions, timelines, and ownership.
  • Creating and maintaining internal policies, templates, and documentation (e.g., DoCs, risk assessments, material declarations).
  • Coordinating testing, inspections, and certification activities, ensuring audit readiness and structured follow‑up.
  • Delivering training and practical tools (decision trees, briefings) that embed compliance early in product development.
  • Reporting on compliance KPIs and helping elevate our overall Product Integrity & Compliance strategy.

What you bring
Required
  • 5+ years of experience in product compliance or regulatory affairs within international non‑food trading environments.
  • Strong ability to interpret complex legislation and translate it into pragmatic operational steps.
  • Experience working with external labs, testing partners, and certification bodies.
  • Excellent analytical and project‑management skills.
  • Fluent English (written & spoken).
Preferred
  • Additional languages such as German or French are a plus.
