About the role
We’re looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. In this role, you are responsible for building and activating strong Lifestyle and Entertainment brands from our portfolio, ensuring each brand has a clear positioning, compelling story and high-quality assets.

As Brand Marketing Manager, you will work closely with insights, creative, procurement, entertainment and commercial teams, as well as with external brand partners and agencies. You play a key role in launching brands internally, equipping sales and client marketing teams with the right stories, assets and tools to create strong commercial propositions in our key markets.

Key responsibilities

  • Brand strategy & positioning: Develop clear brand strategies, positioning and brand stories based on consumer and business insights, with clear jobs-to-be-done and priorities.
  • Portfolio & brand growth: Drive awareness, engagement and long-term brand growth for selected Lifestyle brands within our portfolio.
  • Campaign & activation development: Lead innovation, renovation, communication and activation initiatives across multiple brands and markets.
  • Asset creation & management: Develop central brand assets to be used globally, including brand stories, photography, video content, campaign toolkits, sales kits, microsites and digital content.
  • Internal brand launches: Lead structured brand launches within the organisation, ensuring sales, client marketing and commercial teams are fully equipped with strong brand narratives and assets.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with procurement and portfolio teams to prioritise brands based on commercial potential and contribute input on portfolio gaps and opportunities.
  • Agency & brand partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with brand owners and external agencies.
  • Future-focused brand building: Contribute to long-term brand building strategies, including investing in and developing brands in selected markets.

What you bring
Required
  • 8+ years of experience in a creative marketing or brand marketing role
  • Strong conceptual and strategic thinking skills
  • Solid project management capabilities with strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to understand target audiences and translate insights into strong brand concepts
  • Proficient in using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Midjourney, Gemini, Copilot) to accelerate content creation
  • Strong affinity with design and the ability to assess brand and asset quality
  • Collaborative mindset and team-player mentality
  • Full professional proficiency in English

Preferred
  • Background in FMCG, consumer goods, licensing or agency environments
  • Experience building and launching brands across multiple product categories  
  • Ability and ambition to grow into a role with people-leadership responsibilities
