We’re looking for a Client Marketer to join our international Commercial team. You’ll work in a get-things-done environment where fun, collaboration and ownership go hand in hand. Our team brings together local and global marketers with diverse cultural backgrounds, all closely connected to sales, insights and creative partners across the business.
As Client Marketer, you contribute to every phase of pitching, planning and executing tactical loyalty campaigns, from the first client pitch to full campaign activation. You act as a global or local expert on the retail landscape, turning consumer insights into strong stories, propositions and 360° campaigns. Working closely with creative agencies and internal teams, you develop compelling narratives, presentations and assets for leading grocery retailers around the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign strategy & storytelling: Creating clear, compelling narratives and campaign concepts.
- End-to-end campaign development: Leading campaigns from initial pitch to full execution.
- Retail & consumer insights: Translating trends and insights into sharp strategic direction.
- Creative development: Collaborating with creatives to deliver high‑quality campaign assets.
- Commercial collaboration: Partnering with Sales to strengthen client relationships and drive growth.
- 360° campaign activation: Building full‑funnel activation plans across all key channels.
Required
- 5+ years of experience in marketing.
- A creative and conceptual thinker with strong storytelling and content skills.
- Proven experience in integrated campaigns, media channels, and marketing briefs.
- Skilled in leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Gemini, or Copilot.
- Experience in FMCG, food retail, or agency is a strong plus.
- Comfortable working in an international environment and collaborating across markets.
