About your role as a Founder | Logistic Manager

We are looking for an experienced Logistic Manager to join L, a dynamic, global scale-up. As Logistic Manager, you are responsible for for managing and overseeing all logistics-related activities within our loyalty programs for food retail clients – covering both product and POS logistics.
Responsibilities include:
- End‑to‑end coordination of logistics processes for loyalty campaigns, from planning and warehousing to delivery into retailers’ distribution centers
- Acting as the main logistics contact for food retail clients and their central logistics departments as well as logistic partners
- Ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, proactively resolving operational issues and last‑minute changes
- Monitoring costs, volumes and key logistics KPIs, working confidently with data and Excel
- Continuously improving logistics workflows, tools and digital solutions to increase efficiency and scalability

- A Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not a must — we also welcome ambitious career starters with a strong hands‑on mentality and willingness to learn
- Fluent German and very good English skills are mandatory, as English is essential for daily communication with our HQ in the Netherlands
- A proactive, hands‑on personality who takes ownership and gets things done
- High level of flexibility and adaptability across diverse tasks and challenges
- Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate operational challenges into practical, actionable solutions
- Experience in client‑facing environments is a strong plus, ideally with food retailers’ distribution centers and central logistics departments
- You are comfortable working with figures; Excel skills are a must
- You are open to using AI tools and new digital solutions to optimize daily work processes and drive efficiency
- No hesitation towards new IT systems and continuous development of digital skills
- You are a team player, value collaboration, and actively share ideas and improvements
