About the role
Being a Founder is a mindset. As a Product Manager at L, you operate as an entrepreneur within our organisation. You work with a high degree of autonomy and accountability in a dynamic, global scale-up. This assignment requires someone who is pragmatic, hands-on and able to navigate complexity, fixed deadlines and changing requirements with confidence. You will temporarily strengthen the team by taking full ownership of product categories and ongoing development projects across franchises.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and execute product strategies and analyses in line with franchise planning during the assignment period
- Manage multiple product categories across international franchises as interim product owner
- Own and manage product life cycles, including data, forecasting and stock-related decision-making
- Lead pitch-driven and portfolio-driven product development projects from concept to delivery
- Act as the central point of product knowledge for internal and external stakeholders
- Work closely with global sourcing, artwork and quality teams to ensure timely and compliant delivery
- Provide clear project leadership, setting priorities and driving teams towards outcomes under fixed deadlines
- Support client meetings when required, demonstrating product value and linking features to customer challenges
What you bring
Required
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in product development or product management
- Proven experience with hard goods and complex physical products (e.g. dinnerware, glassware, toys)
- Hands-on experience working with international sourcing and quality teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills; you communicate easily across cultures and seniority levels
- Commercially minded with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
- Able to communicate complex matters clearly and pragmatically in English
- Available on short notice and comfortable operating in high-pressure, fast-moving environments
